This Upstate New York Proposal had me in tears!! I have been looking forward to the day Alex proposed to Gabby for a long time, and what an honor it was to be a part of it! Alex had planned such a beautiful weekend for them, renting out an airbnb and scheduling a fun photoshoot with me. Gabby thought nothing of it, as they had modeled for me in the past, which was ideal! It happened to be their anniversary, so documenting the memory seemed fitting! The sun was just about to set, and they were having such a nice time snuggling into each other and just being together as a couple.

Alex did not seem nervous to me, but after the fact Gabby did say she thought he was acting a little funny! Right before he knelt down to ask for her hand in marriage, he looked right into her eyes telling her how much he loved her and couldn’t imagine life without her spunk and love! The sweetest couple ever, I still am on cloud nine from being there! Without pause, she said yes and they hugged and kissed as if they were the only two in the world! Cue the tears!! Alex says his favorite thing about her is how caring she is. Gabby says hers is how passionate he is about everything he puts his heart into. Match made in heaven for this romantic Upstate New York Proposal!

Popping the question is such a nerwracking and special moment! Wanting all of the details to be just right, it can sometimes be overwhelming and stressful for the person asking the big question. I truly believe that capturing these timeless moments is such an important role, so showing up with calming and loving energy is top priority for me as a photographer.
