Lexi and Mack are so incredibly in love, their Rochester Public Market wedding was by far one of the most thoughtful and creative weddings I have had the honor to shoot. They share such a deep emotional connection, and this intimate wedding highlighted their love story so well. Mack showed Lexi what its like to date a gentleman, and she says she has never known a love like this, so cute! Since they both cherish time at home together and with their close group of friends, they wanted their big day to feel cozy and fun loving. Fun fact, Mack actually proposed during a styled shoot when they were both modeling for an elopement! Lexi was totally surprised!
Rochester, New York has some really cool places to explore and dine out at, but by far the coolest area to be is the Rochester Public Market! Lexi decided to get ready in an Airbnb near High Falls just minutes away, the space so light and bright and perfect for the morning! Her custom denim jacket was TOO CUTE!! Bitter Honey is a restaurant that has this quaint hidden garden attached to it, this is where they tied the knot. Between the vintage rugs as a runner, and all of the earthy elements, this was the perfect place for these two love birds to make it official. Once married, the wedding party kicked off the night with tequila shots, and strutted their stuff for the most epic bridal party photos! This group was beyond fun and energetic, I had a smile on my face the whole time! This Rochester Public Market wedding didn’t stop there, we then headed into the reception at the new hip restaurant in town called Velvet Belly. Every inch of this space was thought out, check it out for yourself! Between the sweetest first dance, 90 close friends and family all around, and all the tiny details being curated and perfectly laid out, Lexi and Mack had a night they will truly never forget.
I am still beaming from their big day, you know why? Because they both stayed true to themselves and did what they wanted! When finding their ceremony and reception locations they wanted it to be close to their heart, and with Mack being close friends and working with both restaurants involved it was a perfect fit. Lexi really knew the vibe she wanted all along and she nailed it! Both Lexi and Mack rocked it out all throughout Rochester and I am forever grateful to have been a part of such a creative and loving day. Cheers you two!
