This Letchworth State park engagement shoot was so fun and effortless with these two lovebirds! Kevin and Cara have been together since he was 19, and her 17. They love that they grew up together in a way, and even have raised a german shepherd puppy along the way. They are each other’s biggest supporters, nothing is sweeter than that!! When I asked them to snuggle up for the camera they both grinned at each other, saying that their favorite thing to do at home is snuggle up on the couch. Cara is so fashionable, I had no doubt she would wear something that matched their fun loving energy!

Letchworth State Park is said to be the Grand Canyon of the East! With breathtaking overlooks, large canyons, stunning bridges, and many miles to walk and explore. Cara and Kevin loved having so many spots to stop and take photos at that made for many gorgeous backdrops! There is just something special about a location that has so much to offer without going too far out of your way to get some differentiation! The mist from the falls was so moody and on brand for these two cuties! It was a blast watching these two highschool sweethearts in their element.

I think there is something to be said about a photographer taking good care of their clients on many levels. It doesn’t start and stop with the photoshoot itself, but all of the time and care before and after. I pride myself in being personable and light hearted, kind and understanding, and above all else, making my clients feel their best! This Letchworth state park engagement shoot was so special to me because I was able to capture an everlasting love of these two high school sweethearts. My heart is full!
