This Holiday Valley Yodeler Lodge Wedding is so near and dear to my heart. Prior to Brittany and Rob tying the knot, I have had the privilege of photographing them many times prior. Everything from newborn sessions, to holiday minis, this family means so much to me! They both started a new job on the first day, and then Brittany left shortly after for the Marine Corps. Spending many months writing letters back and forth, their relationship continued to blossom through such a special connection and the rest is history! Their love is patient and laid back, both of them cherish their quality time deeply. These two were meant to be.

Their Halloween themed wedding was so tasteful and well thought out. Holiday Valley in Ellicottville has the Yodeler Lodge that was perfect for their big day. It called for rain, but not a drop all day! The leaves were absolutely breathtaking in the valley, it truly was such a perfect fall day. There is something so special about Upstate New York and the way it comes to life in Autumn. With all of the fun Hallowwen costumes that appeared after dinner, it was magical to see the Yodeler Lodge turn into a spooky and happily haunted good time!

My favorite part of their Holiday Valley Yodeler Lodge Wedding? Seeing Brittany and Rob’s children so happy and excited for their parents to be finally married. When I first met the couple, there were no children in the mix and no major milestones had been photographer. Now, I have been with them through so many beautiful phases of life! Seeing Brittany watch her son dance all around on the dance floor and tear up had to be one of my favorite memories. Capturing life’s most precious moments is what it’s all about. Allowing my clients to be fully present in the moment and trust that I will be there to see it all through my lens. Cheer to a lifetime of love!
