Quincy and Sam’s fall October Hudson NY backyard wedding in Chatham within the Hudson Valley was so beautiful. Quincy and Sam have been together for four years after finding each other through a dating app and falling in love! Sam proposed to Quincy at her families camp on Sacandaga Lake. This location is very important and sentimental to her, she was already planning on getting the coordinates as a tattoo! Sam proposed at the end of the dock on the lake at sunset. How stinking romantic!
I met up with Quincy and her girls as they were getting ready at The Falls. We had so much fun preparing all of the details and talking about the anticipation of the day! Their ceremony was at the Holy Trinity Parish in Hudson. The church was absolutely breathtaking, and we had a blast popping some champagne outside after the two were officially husband and wife! After their ceremony we headed over to Henry Hudson Riverfront Park to take some bride and groom photos of the couple. Quincy and Sam share the absolute sweetest love. They are two of the most kind hearted people. The part of the day felt so soft and romantic, it was the perfect time for the couple to just be together and take everything in.
We ended up having some extra time before the reception, so the bridal party decided to stop at Chatham Brewing and grab a beer. I think this was my favorite part of the day. Sam grew up in Chatham, so this was a special place from him and his friends. We had so much fun just hanging out and enjoying each others company.
Sam and Quincy had their wedding reception in Sam’s parents backyard. We took a hayride up to the wedding tend, where there are the most beautiful views of the Catskills mountains. The couple did a sparkler entrance into the party! This Hudson NY backyard wedding was so much fun and one of my favorite days. Click Here to see more from the Catskills!
