Kim and Greg have such a special place in my heart, and their Living Roots wedding in Rochester, New York was one for the books. These cuties met on a dating app five years ago and have not looked back since! Greg proposed to Kim on a hike when they reached the top of the mountain. He gave her a glass of wine that had a ring in it. So perfect, of course that had to get married at a winery!
I started the day meeting up with Greg at his parents home where he was getting ready with his family. After that, I headed over to the gorgeous Airbnb on Lake Ontario that Kim was staying at with her girls. It was so fun and special seeing all of her favorite people hype her up on her wedding day and get emotional thinking about what was to come.
Living Roots Wine & Co. is a local winery and tap room in Rochester. They have a small hidden little room where they are able to host small events. It is absolutely stunning, they have the most gorgeous plant wall where the couple set up their ceremony in front of. The reception consisted of everyone drinking delicious wine and snacking on the most beautiful charcuterie board I have ever seen.
The wedding was very small and intimate, the couple only had 30 of their closest family and friends attend. I truly believe that intimate weddings can make your day that much more special and emotional. My favorite part of the day was when everyone sat down for dinner and the toasts began. It was so apparent how much love and support was filling the room. There really is no other feeling like it, then being surrounded in a room filled with everyone who loves you. This Living Roots wedding was so incredible and it meant the world to me to get to be apart of it.
